Court Tuesday for men charged in Hanover murders
The two men charged in relation to the deaths of six persons in Hanover recently are to appear in court next Tuesday.
Forty-eight-year-old Errol Clarke, otherwise called ‘Scarcher’, of Green Island and 24-year-old Mikhail Campbell, otherwise called ‘Troy’, of Mountain Side, March Town were charged yesterday.
The police say both men have been charged jointly with six counts of murder, six counts of conspiracy to commit murder, four counts of attempted murder, arson and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
They say the men were charged following a question-and-answer session in the presence of their attorney.
Meanwhile, the police are asking a man known only by the alias ‘Wingie’, to report to the Lucea Police immediately.
The police say the man, who is said to frequent Green Island and Negril, may be able to assist them with their investigations.
