PNP says no decision yet on next mass rally
The People's National Party (PNP) says it will announce the location of its next mass rally by tomorrow morning.
There's much speculation that Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller will announce the date of the next general election at a meeting this week in Half-Way Tree, St Andrew.
PNP general secretary, Paul Burke, told The Gleaner/Power 106 News Centre that he could not confirm those reports.
However, he said a decision on the party's next rally will be made this evening.
Speaking on Sunday at a meeting in Portmore, Simpson Miller said she's awaiting on a touch from God before calling the elections.
General elections are constitutionally due by December next year.
