Teen on the run after stabbing 16-year-old in Grants Pen

A teenager is now on the run, after he stabbed a 16-year-old to death in Grants Pen, St Andrew last night.

According to the police, 16-year-old Eric Morris from a Grants Pen, Kingston 8 address, went to an ice-cream shop in the community about 9:40 last night.

The police say while there, an argument developed between Morris and the teenager with whom he had a dispute the previous day. 

During the argument, the teen used a knife to stab Morris in the chest.

He was rushed to hospital, but was pronounced dead shortly after.

The police are still hunting for the suspect, who is believed to be about 14 years old.
