Imani Duncan Price says she wants to meet with Holness and her team to discuss the specifics of the code of conduct on which they will engage the people of East Rural St Andrew.

People's National Party caretaker for East Rural St Andrew, Imani Duncan Price has written to her Jamaica Labour Party counterpart, Juliet Holness, inviting her to a meeting on the political code of conduct.

Senator Duncan Price wrote to Holness yesterday, a day after the JLP ratified her as its East Rural St Andrew representative.

The Senator says she wants to meet with Holness and her team to discuss the specifics of the code of conduct on which they will engage the people of East Rural St Andrew.

The political code of conduct which is enforced by the Office of the Political Ombudsman was signed by the two main parties in 2005 and contains guidelines for political behaviour.

Political watchers say the clash between the two women will be one to watch when general elections are announced.
