FLOW opens customer experience centre in Portmore
FLOW's ultra-modern retail model has been introduced to the Sunshine City with the opening of a new customer experience centre in Portmore Mall, St Catherine.
Combining interactive, technologically advanced features, self-help amenities and newly trained customer agents, the second such facility to be opened in Jamaica is a major step towards becoming number one with customers throughout the Caribbean.
The new-concept store has an expanded floor plan equipped with state-of-the-art, user-friendly facilities. The modern features include bill-payment kiosks, a home entertainment zone, and an automated central customer queue system, among many other features to facilitate self-help and customer comfort.

Modelling a contemporary approach to telecommunications product, the new FLOW customer centre encourages direct interaction between customers and the displayed handsets, while also allowing customers to charge their personal devices as they browse. The store also provides self-service options for customers through an automated bill-payment kiosk where customers can settle their accounts by cash or credit card without the hassle of joining queues for bill payment.
The new-look Portmore store is located at Shop 2A, Portmore Mall. The first customer experience store was unveiled at the FLOW store in Fairview Shopping Centre, Montego Bay, in October.
