Former Miss Universe Jamaica Kaci Fennell (far left), along with girls from the Church of God Girls’ Home, are taken by animals at the Hope Zoo during a tour arranged by Fennell and Ocean Spray.

Girls from the Church of God Girls' Home were treated to a tour of Hope Zoo, St Andrew, on Saturday, January 2, courtesy of the team at Pepsi Cola Jamaica, through Ocean Spray and brand ambassador Kaci Fennell, in association with her charity, Style For Change.

Two weeks earlier, the team had donated $200,000 to the home, raised as part of the brand's promotion which concluded in December.

All 15 girls had a magnificent time, strolling through the zoo and closely interacting with some of the animals. They were treated to meals from KFC and refreshments courtesy of Ocean Spray. There was also a bounce-a-bout for added entertainment.

"The young girls enjoyed every minute of the tour, and we were happy to give them this opportunity. Our aim was to make their Christmas a little brighter, and through various efforts, including a special Christmas dinner, our cash donation, and now this zoo tour, their New Year is a lot happier," said Cornelia Nathan, brand manager, Ocean Spray.

The Church of God Girls' Home, established in 2005, houses 16 girls and has been the chosen project of Fennel and the Style For Charity.
