Two policemen and a former cop have been arrested on drug charges in connection with a cocaine bust at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.

According to law enforcement sources, one of the policemen was dressed in uniform.

It's reported that the three were held in an operation conducted by the Major Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA).

A senior official at MOCA confirmed that an operation was conducted at the airport today, but declined to give details.

One law enforcement source revealed that the three turned up at the airport and were about to enter when they were surprised by detectives from MOCA.

Sources say at least one of the policemen was previously attached to the airport.
