Ffolkes Abrahams promises JLP knockout punch in the west

Sharon Ffolkes Abrahams,  the incumbent who is seeking her second term as MP for West Central St James is promising a huge win Region Six for the People's National Party (PNP).

Region Six comprises 10 constituencies across three parishes - St James, Hanover and Westmoreland.

Ffolkes Abrahams is being challenged by the JLP's Marlene Malahoo Forte.

"Region Six is ready and waiting," said Ffolkes Abrahams.

"We are going to give a knockout punch to the Jamaica Labour Party in the west," Ffolkes Abrahams said.

The only two seats in the region won by the JLP in 2011 was East Central St James (Ed Bartlett) and North West St James (Dr Horace Chang).
