CaribShopper introduces a revolutionary and exciting new product to the Caribbean that will open up the e-commerce gateway to consumers in the region.
These consumers will have the convenience to shop unrestricted on premium US sites from anywhere in the Caribbean via the CaribShopper App. DHL Express, the world's leading international express services provider, will handle the shipping for purchases made via the app.
The CaribShopper App is the most sophisticated of its kind and designed exclusively for the Caribbean. It makes shopping online from the region simple and easy by localising all your favourite shopping sites on one solid, safe and secure platform. Shoppers in the Caribbean now have access to more than 90 premium US stores with more than 8.5 billion items and the ability to place a custom order for any US store not listed on the CaribShopper App.
With no hidden fees, upfront landed pricing and local payment options, customers can shop on the CaribShopper App from their computers, smartphones or iOS and Android devices and pay using their local credit or debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo, their PayPal account or their CaribShopper WebCard Account.
The CaribShopper App incorporates the shipping solutions provided by global shipping expert DHL Express. The DHL shipping solutions will allow customers to benefit from the company's secure global network and extensive customs expertise. As such, CaribShopper has strategically resolved the many issues surrounding online shopping in the Caribbean from IP Address issues to US credit card requirements. Caribbean customers are no longer required to have a US address to shop online as they now have access to DHL's fast, reliable shipping services.
CaribShopper's 'Store to Door' delivery service allows customers to have their items delivered directly to the location of their choice in the Caribbean via DHL or they can pick up their package at one of DHL's convenient locations across the Caribbean.
"CaribShopper is very pleased to offer our customers DHL's secure shipping solution as part of our online shopping service. Working with DHL will enhance e-commerce in the Caribbean region, which will prove beneficial for our customers and both companies," said Kadion Preston, managing director of CaribShopper.
