#JaVotes2016: Labourites paint Sam Sharpe square green
Sam Sharpe Square in the heart of Montego Bay, St James has now been transformed into a sea of green as Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) supporters flood the parish capital for a mass meeting.
"Listen tonight... In this classroom tonight we are going to pay attention," former General Secretary Aundre Franklin, said as he tried to get the supporter to ease the blowing of the vuvuzelas.
But as he exited the podium, the horns erupted again amidst the dancehall music blaring from the music system.
JLP leader Andrew Holness is billed as the star attraction at today's mass meeting scheduled for Sam Sharpe Square.
He has promised to use the stage to add more details to the 10-point plan he advanced during an address to the nation last week.
