On February 25, Terrelonge, an attorney-at-law, will be seeking to unseat the PNP's Arnaldo Brown, who is also an attorney.

Alando Terrelonge, the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) candidate for East Central St Catherine took to the microphone at a  mass meeting in Gregory Park, St Catherine Sunday evening trumpeting the educational opportunities provided former leader and former Prime Minister Edward Seaga.

But he said he was still searching for the impact created by the governing People's National Party (PNP).

"Where is the progress?" Terrelonge asked.

According to him, it is time to send the PNP packing.

He said instead of labelling 2007-2011 the four missing years, the PNP should seek to find the 23 missing years that it had governed without building a hospital for Portmore, St Catherine - Jamaica's largest dormitory community.

Terrelonge also cited the absence of vector control, youth and community centres , and proper roads in his constituency.
