Vanessa Kirkland murder trial pushed back
The trial of the three police constables charged with the murder of schoolgirl, Vanessa Kirkland, has been pushed back to June 7, 2016.
The trial should have resumed today.
However, three of the attorneys on the case were unavailable.
Two are participating in the West Kingston Commission of Enquiry, while the other has an ongoing murder case.
The three accused constables Anakay Bailey, Dervin Hayles and Andrewain Smith remain on bail.
Kirkland was shot and killed in March 2012 after the policemen reportedly shot at the vehicle in which she was a passenger.
