Anxious to cast his vote this morning, 78-year-old Arnold Coates says he is fired-up for his beloved People’s National Party (PNP).
Coates, who voted at the Savanna-la-Mar High School in Westmoreland Central, said he votes for the PNP in every election as he feels the party offers the best hope for prosperity.
"I have been doing this a very long time now. The PNP is the best party and I am a proud comrade," the elderly man said.
He said that his entire family supports the PNP and that he urges his grand and great-grandchildren to love the party as well.
"I have been following the PNP since I was 13 years old and have no reason to change. It's a family tradition," Coates added.
