PNP to name shadow Cabinet by next week Tuesday
The Opposition People's National Party (PNP) says its shadow cabinet will be made public by next week Tuesday.
According to PNP general secretary, Paul Burke, says party president and Opposition Leader, Portia Simpson Miller, is now in the process of holding consultations.
Burke says however that the party is in no rush to make the announcement.
He also could not say whether the opposition shadow cabinet will mirror the 14 ministries named by the Prime Minister Andrew Holness.
Meanwhile, Burke says a timeline has not been set on when the slate of eight Opposition senators will be named.
