The disruption is a result of operational challenges at both facilities. Areas affected include: Clark's Town, Duncans, Duncans Hill, Hyde, Kinloss, Crawle, Gibraltar, Georgia, Logwood Walk, Long Pond Housing Scheme, Duanvale, Duanvale Housing Scheme, New Forest, and Chester Relift.

Customers are being assured that every effort is being made to complete the necessary repairs and restore water supply by Monday, April 4. The NWC regrets any inconvenience caused and craves the patience and understanding of its valued customers.
