UPDATE: Four tour employees in MoBay crash undergoing emergency medical treatment

Four tour employees are now receiving emergency medical treatment after the tour bus in which they were being transported collided with a truck along Howard Cooke Boulevard in Montego Bay, St James, this morning.
It is understood that they were among 12 injured persons who had to be rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital for treatment following the incident.
On their arrival, four were taken to the hospital's Accident and Emergency Ward.
The crash occurred when a truck transporting marl slammed into the side of the bus at the stoplight on Howard Cooke Boulevard, in the vicinity of the Baywest Shopping Centre, around 10:30 Tuesday morning.
It’s reported that the truck, which was coming from the direction of Freeport, sped through the stoplight and collided with the bus.
The crash resulted in traffic on the highway slowing to a crawl as police worked to secure the scene.
The condition of the truck driver is not known.
