NWC customers in Hanover to experience water disruptions

Several communities served by the Logwood treatment plant in Hanover are to have water lock offs or experience low water pressure in the coming days.

According to the National Water Commission (NWC) due to the current drought there has been a 30 per cent drop in output from the plant.

As a result it says customers in Red Ground, Orange Hill, Good Hope, Westland Mountain, sections of Whitehall, Mount Airy and sections of West End may experience disruptions.

NWC says it will provide trucked water until normality is restored.

The commission is asking for the patience and understanding of it's affected customers.
