Robert Montague has said he is using the town hall meetings to give citizens the opportunity to ask questions, air their concerns, and make suggestions to deal with crime.

The National Security Minister, Robert Montague, will be heading to Montego Bay, St James this afternoon for the third in a series of town hall meetings he has been holding since taking office.

Montague has already held meetings in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland and May Pen, Clarendon.

Today’s meeting is scheduled to be held at the Montego Bay Cultural Centre in Sam Sharpe Square.

It’s to begin at 5:30 p.m.

St James is one of the most troubling parishes for the police as it relates to murder, gang violence and the deadly lottery scam.
