Normal operations to resume at NWC's Cave facility Monday

The National Water Commission (NWC) says normal operations will not resume at the Cave facility in Westmoreland until Monday.

The NWC says it had anticipated the resumption of normal operations at the facility by today.

However, it says its team encountered challenges which have made this deadline unattainable.

It says it’s now working to meet the Monday deadline.

Areas affected include Cave, Cave Mountain, Ferris, Beggars view, Red Gate, Mount Pleasant, Cave Proper, Scott Hill and Pondside.

The NWC says it regrets any inconvenience this disruption may cause and craves the patience and understanding of its valued customers.
