Triple killing on Old Harbour Road

A probe has commenced in a triple killing which took place along Old Harbour Road in St Catherine last night.

The dead men have been identified as 37-year-old Shawn Baccas, otherwise called ‘Rugo’; 58-year-old carpenter Derwin Prince, also known as ‘Rasta’; and 37-year-old Anthony Rose, known to many as ‘Mark’, all of Old Harbour Road addresses in St Catherine.

The police say about 10:00 last night, the now deceased men were at a bar on Old Harbour Road playing dominoes when two men entered the establishment. The men ordered drinks and then opened fire hitting the three men and escaped. Baccas, Prince and Rose were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.

No motive has been established for the shooting.
