The section of the North-South Link of Highway 2000 which was closed due to a landslide Sunday has still not been reopened.

The two south bound lanes leading to Kingston were blocked in the section of the highway between Unity Valley and Treadways in St Catherine.

Speaking last evening with The Gleaner Power 106 News Centre, Managing Director of the National Road Operating and Construction Company (NROCC), Ivan Anderson said the landslide hasn't been cleared yet.

However, Anderson says although the north lanes are for vehicles heading to St Ann, arrangements have been made for one of these lanes to be used by vehicles heading to Kingston.
