A man employed as an undertaker at a funeral parlour in Manchester was killed yesterday while at a bar near his place of work.
The dead man has been identified as Vejay Bennett from Mile Gully in the parish.
Reports are that around two yesterday afternoon a man dressed in a camouflage outfit entered the bar where Bennett and three other persons were.
The assailant then instructed the three persons to face the walls and told Bennett to lie face down on the floor.
Bennett was shot three times by the accused who reportedly left the bar on foot and was picked up by car a few meters away.
The Manchester police are investigating.
