Individuals interested in being tested will be facilitated at Holiday Inn in Montego Bay; today - Scotiabank Premier Plaza, Scotiabank Portmore, and Scotiabank Falmouth; and on June 24 - Spanish Town Bus Park, Sam Sharpe Square Civic Centre, Port Antonio Square, Scotiabank St Ann's Bay, Scotiabank Hagley Park Road and Scotiabank Santa Cruz. The initiative will culminate at the Oakland Entertainment Complex. Most sites will be open between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Regional Testing Day is celebrated each year on June 24. Since 2006, Scotiabank has joined forces with the Caribbean Broadcast Media Partnership on HIV/AIDS and the Ministries of Health, to encourage visits to Testing Sites for private, voluntary HIV counselling and testing in 21 countries across the region. Over the period, approximately 70,000 people across the region have been tested through this initiative.

HIV counselling and testing is an important entry point into comprehensive HIV prevention and treatment programmes and provides an opportunity for more people to know their HIV status. Regional Testing Day 2015 was a resounding success with sixteen thousand six hundred and fifty five (16,655) persons being tested across the Caribbean. In 2015, of those tested positive for the HIV virus.
