Chill and Grill with Campion

Chillin' and Grillin' is back! The all-you-can eat ultimate foodie event is back to satisfy your taste buds. This year will feature two returning chefs, Alexa Von Strolley or Tooksie Kay Catering, and Rainforest Seafoods' Evrol Ebanks will be joined for the first time by the BBQ master Gariel Ferguson to set the grills on fire.

The event has also found a new home, on the grounds of the school it will benefit. Campion College's courtyard will be transformed into a picnic fiesta grounds with music and a Select Brands bar to keep the juices going.

Staged by the Campion College Alumni Association (CCAA) yearly, the event is done to raise money for Campion Student Support and Scholarship Programme. The programme currently supports close to 100 students.

"This year we are hoping to be able to donate over half a million dollars from the proceeds of this event. The alumni has in recent times really showed support whenever we ask. This is a time to show up and enjoy and afternoon," said Sean Morgan, president of the CCAA.

Morgan is reminding past students that the event is not just for old Campionites, but for everyone who enjoys having a good time with good food, drink and music.

Sponsors of the event are Rainforest Seafoods, Copper-wood, CB Chicken, Select Brands wines, bourbons, whiskies and beers, and Wysinco. Tickets will be available for sale at Campion College's main office, Mailpac in Manor Park, Ribbiz in Loshusan and Fontana in Barbican.
