Several protest outside Jamaican High Commission in London, hoping to stop deportation of several persons

A group of demonstrators in the United Kingdom have gathered in front of the Jamaican High Commission in London to protest the planned deportation of some 50 persons to Jamaica tomorrow.
The demonstrators are said to be family members and friends of the persons set to be sent back to Jamaica on a specially chartered flight.
They are calling for the Jamaican High Commission to prevent the deportation of the Jamaicans, some of whom have been in the UK since they were children.
Our correspondent in the United Kingdom says many of those to be deported had not taken steps to get naturalised and are therefore considered illegal immigrants.
One demonstrator Tanesha Morgan told The Gleaner/Power 106 News Centre that she is protesting the deportation of her brother who served in the British army and has been in the UK for 12 years.
