Central police seek help to identify two bodies in Kingston

The Central Police in Kingston are seeking the help of the public to identify the bodies of two men in the division.

The police say the body of one of the men was found on Church Street in Kingston on Saturday by a team that was on patrol in the area.

They say the body, which is of dark complexion, about 5'8" long and is believed to be about 20 years old and had multiple gunshot wounds.

It was clad in a blue Polo shirt with the number three on the right sleeve, khaki pants and a pair of black and white Puma sneakers.

Meanwhile, the Central Police are also seeking help to identify a man who was fatally shot during a confrontation with a licensed firearm holder in downtown Kingston on Friday.

The body is of dark complexion and is about 5'9" long and it is believed to be in the late twenties.

It is reported that the unidentified man allegedly attacked a businessman with a knife and a piece of iron and was shot.

He succumbed to his injuries at hospital the following day.
