PNP leaders must ensure unity after leadership elections – Robinson
People's National Party Deputy General Secretary Julian Robinson says the party’s leadership has a responsibility to ensure unity among members after the weekend leadership elections.
On Saturday Dr Karl Bylthe will challenge incumbent president Portia Simpson Miller.
Meanwhile, the four posts of vice-president will be contested by five candidates: newcomers Lisa Hanna and Dr Wykeham McNeill and incumbents Noel Arscott and Drs Fenton Ferguson and Angella Brown Burke.
Robinson says he understands that some PNP members will be disappointed after the election.
