Police seek identity of dead man reportedly shot, thrown from vehicle

The police are trying to ascertain the identity of a male who was found dead on Second Street in Hayles Field near Race Course, Clarendon on Saturday.

The police say the body is of dark complexion and about 175 centimetres long.

It was clad in a black T-shirt, black jeans and a pair of black sneakers.

It is reported that about 6:30 Saturday evening, residents heard explosions and shortly afterwards saw the body of the unidentified man being thrown from a vehicle.

The vehicle then reportedly sped off.

The police say they were summoned and on arrival, the body seen with gunshot wounds.
