Naomi Francis appointed Prime Minister's press secretary
Former media practitioner Naomi Francis has been appointed press secretary for Prime Minister Andrew Holness.
The Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) says Francis is an experienced communicator who will strengthen the capacity of the Communications and Public Affairs Unit.
The OPM says working closely with the director of communications, Robert Nesta Morgan, the Press Secretary will be the spokesperson on the business of the Government, especially as it relates to the Prime Minister, government policies and programmes.
Francis has been in communication for almost 20 years; serving as Corporate Communications Manager at FLOW where she was part of the integration communications team.
She was a member of Nationwide News Network for 12 years; The Gleaner Company Limited, Television Jamaica and the Creative Production and Training Centre, CPTC.
