All schools not being used as shelters are to resume tomorrow.

Several schools, especially in eastern Jamaica, are being used as shelters.

This morning, Education Minister Ruel Reid said requested that all principals check on staff and school plants today and advise the Ministry on their readiness to resume school tomorrow.

Meanwhile, local government minister, Desmond McKenzie, says all shelters will be deactivated by Friday.

He says normal operation is expected at all schools on Monday.
