The doctor, 28-year-old Chanique Cousins is from Mike Town District in Manchester.

Her boyfriend, 42-year-old Winston Davidson who had also been reported missing, is said to be a teacher of a prominent high school in Kingston.

Both returned home nearly a month after being listed as missing persons with doctor Cousins telling the police that she was never missing.

Earlier reports were that Cousins called the hospital to say she had a family emergency and could not go in to work on July 28.

It was later reported that the hospital alerted the police when Dr Cousins did not show up for work on Emancipation Day.
