Suspect in March Pen attack charged with five counts of murder
The main suspect in the March Pen attack in St Catherine has been charged with five counts of murder.
Marvin Campbell Snr was charged this afternoon after being questioned by police investigators.
He's scheduled to appear in court next Tuesday, October 25.
Campbell, otherwise called 'Fat Man', has been in custody since last Wednesday when he surrendered to the police.
Three children are among the five victims of the attack.
They are two-year-old, Koyandra Wynter, nine-year-old, Revaughn Evans and 14-year-old Marvin Campbell Jnr.
The other casualties were 22-two-year-old Venisha Bartley and 24-year-old Salesha Evans.
Two other persons were also injured in the October 9 attack.
The police had reported that gunmen went to the community, kicked in the doors of four houses and opened fire, hitting occupants.
The houses were later set on fire.
