It's the third staging of the Guardian Group Foundation "Keep It Alive" 5K Night Runs , scheduled for Saturday November 5 in Kingston and Saturday November 12 in Montego Bay this year, promises to be even more memorable that the years past.

The Foundation's main objective of hosting the 5K events is to give back to the health sector by purchasing much needed medical equipment for four of the island's hospitals. They are University Hospital of the West Indies, Cornwall Regional Hospital, St Ann's Bay Hospital and Mandeville Regional Hospital. The Foundation also recognises that the overall participants' experience is critical in ensuring they retain and gain support in the years to come.

This year, the After Race Lyme, which is only opened to registrants, will feature international dancehall artiste Moses 'Beenie Man' Davis as the main entertainer at both events at a cost of $1200.00 (individual registration). Participants will not only be contributing to a worthwhile cause, but will also be thoroughly entertained.
