Mainland Cheese upgrades school kitchen

Mainland Cheese recently concluded a kitchen renovation project at the Holy Family Infant and Primary School in Parade Gardens, downtown Kingston.

Mainland Cheese falls under the Fonterra line of products, which also includes the Anchor brand of products - the world's largest exporter of dairy products based in New Zealand, distributed locally by World Brands Services, a division of GK Foods and Services.

The school, with a student population of over 1,100, was selected by Mainland Cheese as part of its corporate social initiative under the 'Say Cheese' campaign.

The school received donations of a deep freezer, microwave, a fresh coat of paint both inside and outside the kitchen facility, as well as two wall wraps promoting healthy eating amongst children.
