A 12-year-old boy is dead and his eight-year-old twin sisters are now in hospital, one of them in critical condition, after boulders fell on a house in Broadgate, St Mary last night.

The dead boy has been identified as Raheem Davy.

Relatives report that Raheem and his sisters were at home watching television when three large rocks fell on their house.

It’s reported that all three sustained multiple injuries and were taken to hospital where Raheem was pronounced dead.

Relatives say the house was completely destroyed.

The Gleaner/Power106 News Centre understands that Councillor for the Castleton Division Lenford Danvers visited the family and is trying to arrange assistance.
