Cop arrested by MOCA on suspicion of robbery

The Major Organised Crime and Corruption Agency (MOCA) has taken a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force into custody on suspicion of robbery.

The policeman, who was assigned to the St Catherine North Divisional Intelligence Unit, was held last Friday.

It's reported that detectives attached to MOCA conducted an intensive investigation before the cop was arrested.

The policeman is suspected to have carried out a series of robberies since July.
