A man with two previous larceny charges before the court was today remanded on a third such charge in the St Catherine Parish Court while his two accomplices were granted bail.

Those charged with larceny are Kemar Webber, Shakira Livingston and Wayne Dyer of  Vineyard Town, Kingston addresses.

Livingston was granted bail in the sum $150,000 and Dyer in the sum of $80,000.

However, Webber was denied bail when the court heard that he currently has two other charges relating to motor vehicle theft before the court.

He was ordered remanded until December 6 when the matter will again be mentioned.

It is alleged that on October 30 Livingston rented a Nissan motor car in Portmore, St Catherine.

When she failed to return the vehicle on November 3 she reportedly told the owner that she rented the vehicle on behalf of Dyer.

An investigation was launched and it was discovered that the vehicle was in Westmoreland.

All three were arrested and charged following further probe.

Investigators are also said to be carrying out further investigations in Westmoreland in relation to the matter.
