Body fished from rio Cobre

The St Catherine police are now awaiting an autopsy report to determine the cause of death of a man whose decomposing body was fished from the Rio Cobre in St Catherine yesterday.

The dead man has been identified as 38-year-old Marvin Lawrence, a labourer of Guys Hill District in the parish.

The body was found around 9 o'clock in the morning floating at a section of the river call Rebis Corner within the vicinity of the Bog Walk Gorge.

The man is said to be of unsound mind and was previously reported missing by his relatives.
