UPDATE: Police name ex-boyfriend wanted for the murder of St Andrew woman

Phillip Brown ... wanted for the murder of a 33-year-old mother of two, Kerry-Ann Wilson.

The police have released the identity the man they say is wanted for the murder of a woman at the Crystal Towers apartment complex on Old Hope Road in St Andrew.

He is 35-year-old Phillip Brown who also resided at the complex where the body of 33-year-old Kerry-Ann Wilson was found wrapped in a tarpaulin near a gully this morning.

Brown and Wilson were in a relationship that relatives say had just ended.

She was the mother of two children.

Residents reported hearing a loud argument inside Wilson's apartment before the body was found.

The police say they were alerted to the body by residents who reported seeing a man toss a tarpaulin and fled the apartment complex located across from the Office of the Police Commissioner.

They are asking anyone with information on Brown's whereabouts to contact the Half-Way Tree Police at 926-2551, police emergency number 119, Crime Stop at 311 or the nearest police station.
