The National Water Commission (NWC) is seeking to assure its customers in some areas of St Mary and Clarendon that it’s working to restore their water supply before Christmas.

The NWC says mechanical problems are affecting pumping operations at the Charles Town and Rocky Settlement facilities.

The affected areas in St Mary are Tree Hill, Rock Cottage and Ross Common.

Meanwhile, the Rocky Settlement in Clarendon is being impacted.

The NWC says repairs are now being carried out and are estimated to be completed by Saturday.
