Seven hospitalised after car crashes in Yallahs

Seven people are in hospital following a motor vehicle crash along the Yallahs main road in St. Thomas this morning.

The incident, which involved a Honda Fit motor car, happened about 4:30 a.m. The driver and passengers were believed to be en route from a party. 

The Gleaner-Power 106 News Centre understands that the car was travelling along the main road in the vicinity of the Yallahs Post Office when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a utility pole.

The victims were rushed to hospital where they have been admitted. Their conditions are not known at this time.
