Trafalgar Online takes flight
Trafalgar Travel Limited, on Tuesday January 3 rolled out a new service, Trafalgar Online. The first of its kind in Jamaica, Trafalgar Online will enable new and existing customers to book travel tickets safely and conveniently to any worldwide destination, using a 24-hour online portal.
In announcing the addition to the company's suite of offerings, Conrad Graham, CEO, said, "In this digital age when consumers are looking for non-traditional ways of booking air travel, we are providing choice and convenience. We have listened to our customers and responded by introducing Trafalgar Online. It will make travel plans easier and redefine the market."
"This is also a way of saying thanks to our customers for making us the leading travel agency in the Caribbean for 21 years," Graham added.
Continues to evolve
Trafalgar Travel continues to evolve in the market with its introduction during 2016 of the eCommerce and Business Development Unit, which supports business operations, sales and services, with technological solutions such as Trafalgar Online.
To further support Trafalgar Online, the company, in collaboration with National Commercial Bank (NCB), through NCB Keycard, will enable cardholders to purchase tickets at Trafalgar Online.
"We are excited that both companies will now enable Jamaican credit card holders to purchase international airline tickets online, and we also accept other major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard," Graham said.
Visitors to: www.trafalgaronline.com will be able to book tickets from most of the major air carriers. And as 2017 progresses, Trafalgar Travel will roll out online booking for hotel accommodation, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel packages.
