St Catherine man caught with suspicious passport at airport for court next week
Forty-five-year-old St Catherine businessman Frank Hylton is to appear in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court next week Tuesday to answer to fraud charges.
The police say Hylton, who is of a Hyfield Avenue, Spanish Town address, was held at the Norman Manley International Airport on Sunday with a suspicious passport.
According to the police, Hylton was being processed in the departure area by immigration authorities when the Border Control System indicated that he is the holder of another passport in a different name.
He was subsequently arrested and charged for obtaining a passport by false means.
