Andrew Pryce, the Tower Street inmate described as the mastermind of a fraud ring inside the prison, has pleaded guilty to six counts of attempting to obtain money by means of false pretence.

Pryce who is yet to be sentenced is currently serving prison time for similar offences.

The Major Orgainsed Crime and Anti Corruption Agency (MOCA) says the latest charges resulted from an ongoing investigation which led to the arrest and charge of a correctional officer, Toraine Tulloch, last December.

Tulloch is alleged to have been apart of the fraud scheme being operated from inside the prison. It is alleged that Pryce conspired with Tulloch who then posed as a policeman and entertainment producer and fleeced several persons of large sums of money.
