Lorna Burns, branch manager – CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank, Half-Way Tree, hands over a water tank and doors to Reverent Major Sirrano Kitson, rector, St Andrew Parish Church.

The residents of Moreton Park Cottages are enjoying improved accommodations thanks to a donation of a water tank and doors by the Half-Way Tree branch of CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank, under the bank's Adopt-A-Cause programme.

Representatives of the bank made the presentations recently at the facility - a Christian refuge established in 1951 by the St Andrew Parish Church to help its ageing poor. The church established the facility which comprises six units with accommodation for 12 occupants who are able to live independently. Each occupant make a peppercorn contribution.
