Police enlist public's help in probe of quadruple killing in Westmoreland

The police in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland have launched an appeal for anyone who witnessed or has information about yesterday evening's killing of four men, including an elderly man, to tell what they know.

The men were killed while at an establishment that housed a bar and cookshop. 

The dead men are:

1. Twenty-three-year-old Timothy Bernard, otherwise called ‘Tim’.
2. Nineteen-year-old Demario McIntosh.
3. Sixty-eight-year-old Glendon Nannan.
4. Fifty-four-year-old Carl Banhan, otherwise called ‘Calla’.

The police's Corporate Communications Network reports that the killing was carried about 9:00 p.m. yesterday by men travelling on two motorcycles. They say the men rode up to the establishment. The pillion passengers on the bikes then came off and opened fire, killing the four men.
