The St Andrew Central Police Division is set to host its first quarterly town hall meeting tomorrow to discuss crime and security issues in the division.

The meeting is set to start at 6 o’clock in the evening at the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church on Half-Way Tree Road, Kingston 10.

It’s being held under the theme 'The Journey Continues … It’s All About Service'.

The Corporate Communication Unit of the Jamaica Constabulary Force says the meeting is expected to provide an avenue for residents and stakeholders to discuss issues such as crime prevention, disaster preparedness and waste disposal.

It says the meeting will also be used to devise measures and strategies to address these issues.

Representatives from utility companies, the private sector, government and non-government organisations will be in attendance.
