Firearm, ammo seized by Kingston Central detectives

Detectives assigned to Kingston Central Police Division have seized a firearm and several rounds of ammunition in the division.

The police say the weapon was found during an operation between 10 o’clock and noon yesterday.

They were reportedly found in the ceiling of an unoccupied house.

Meanwhile, the police say three more rounds of ammunition were found  on Laws Street while another round was found on John’s Lane.

They say no one was arrested in connection with these seizures.
