St Thomas man held on lottery scamming charge

The police have charged a St Thomas man with breaching the anti-lottery scamming law.

Raymond Dinal, who is of a Bath address in the parish, is charged with possession of identity information.

The police say Dinal and another man were held yesterday during a special operation conducted in the Port Morant and Bath districts.

The other man was questioned and released.

The police say Dinal is to appear in the St Thomas Parish Court in June.
