Former PICA boss now heading Dispute Resolution Foundation
Jennifer McDonald, the former chief executive officer of the Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) is now the head of the Dispute Resolution Foundation.
McDonald, who was the PICA boss for nine years, left the agency in 2016 after her contract was not renewed.
In a newspaper advertisement, the board of the Dispute Resolution Foundation said McDonald is an innovative, bold and fair organisational leader who specialises in corporate brand transformation.
The board also said McDonald brings to the foundation, a passion for justice, inclusion and excellence with a strong work ethic.
Meanwhile, Paul Hines who had been the CEO is now the content and delivery leader at the Dispute Resolution Foundation Knowledge Management Institute.
Hines has been working at the foundation for the past 17 years.
